If I have any digestive issues massage diluted peppermint oil on the stomach area.
It’s great for refreshing and focusing if you feel a bit drowsy in the afternoon. Inhale from bottle, the palm of your hands or diffuse to wake yourself up! Or massage into the back of your neck.
Use a drop of Peppermint oil with Lemon in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse.
Peppermint oil can help ward off bugs and spiders in the home, as they don’t like the smell. Add one to three drops of Peppermint oil to a cotton ball and place in the corners of your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, laundry room or anywhere you want to deter insects.
